These Terms of Use describe the conditions for using 313.design, operated by 313design lab Inc. ("313design lab", "we", "us", or "our"), based in the Republic of Korea. The site introduces our products, offers email subscriptions, and may provide direct purchasing options and links to external purchasing platforms.
Please read these terms before using our services. Any agreement or consent required for a purchase or another specific service will be presented through that service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Using the website
You may browse the site, learn about our products, follow purchase links, and contact us for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate the rights of others. Information you submit for an inquiry, subscription, or purchase must be information you are authorized to provide.
If an activity requires legal capacity or permission from a parent or guardian under applicable law, that requirement continues to apply. The email subscription form is intended for people aged 18 or over.
2. Product information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. Displayed colors can vary with your device, and product features, availability, and pricing may change. A product marked as forthcoming or with details to follow is not, by that description alone, an offer that can be purchased.
The product description and transaction information presented for a particular purchase apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law. Corrections to website information do not remove your rights relating to an order already placed or a product that does not match its description.
3. Direct purchases, when available
Where we offer checkout directly on this website, the seller identity, product details, total price, applicable taxes or charges, delivery arrangements, payment method, and relevant cancellation, return, refund, and warranty information must be made available before you complete the purchase. Any additional sales terms presented for that transaction apply together with mandatory consumer protections.
These general website terms do not establish a blanket no-refund rule, change statutory cancellation or warranty rights, or replace the information required at checkout. Order acceptance, payment processing, and delivery timing are determined by the information provided for that purchase and applicable law.
For questions about a direct order, contact either email address below with your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment card details by email.
4. External purchasing platforms and links
The site may link to retailers, marketplaces, crowdfunding platforms, or other websites where our products can be purchased. Before purchasing, check the named seller and the platform's transaction terms, privacy notice, shipping arrangements, and cancellation or refund rules.
The fact that a transaction takes place on another platform does not, by itself, determine who is the seller. Where 313design lab is the seller or has fulfillment or warranty obligations, we remain responsible for those obligations under the transaction and applicable law. Where another business is the seller, its obligations apply to that sale.
External websites are operated by their respective providers. A link does not make their content or services part of our website. If you encounter an issue with a purchase of our products, you may contact us for help identifying the appropriate support channel.
5. Privacy and email subscriptions
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle subscription, inquiry, website, and applicable order information, including our use of service providers.
Email subscriptions are optional. If you subscribe, we use the information you provide for the subscription purposes described in the Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. Necessary order and support messages are separate from marketing subscriptions. These terms do not replace any separate privacy or marketing consent required by law.
6. Intellectual property
Website text, photographs, graphics, product designs, logos, and other materials are owned by 313design lab or their respective rights holders, or are used with permission. You may access them for ordinary personal use of the website. Reproduction, commercial exploitation, or modification beyond what applicable law permits requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
References to third-party brands do not transfer ownership of those brands to 313design lab. Nothing in these terms limits uses that are expressly permitted by applicable law.
7. Website availability and responsibility
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control. We may update or discontinue website features, subject to existing obligations and applicable law.
We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors. This statement does not exclude responsibility for matters for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. The parties' rights and responsibilities remain subject to applicable law.
8. Changes and applicable law
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website, services, or legal requirements. We will update the revision date and provide notice or obtain agreement where required. A revision does not retroactively change an existing purchase agreement without a lawful basis.
As a business based in the Republic of Korea, we are subject to applicable Korean law. Mandatory protections that apply to you, including any applicable consumer protections in your place of residence, remain unaffected. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to courts or consumer dispute-resolution processes available under applicable law.
Please contact us first if you have a concern so that we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights or using an available complaint or dispute-resolution procedure.
